An extension of Ruby & Shraddha’s successful first project ‘HER- Within & Without’, ‘WINDOWS’ is a transition from the raw, earthy and rooted artwork of HER to a contemporary & clean approach.
The work clearly mirrors the transition of the artists themselves!
This series of Artwork represents the coming together of 2 different generations of artists.
Hands-on techniques like knitting, stitching, tying along with modern technology of digital photography, printing etc. is their own way of preserving culture.
Each piece is layered with meaning & expression.
The 2 have worked together and separately – then mingled the creative energies to co-create this meaningful collection. A space in togetherness was always the feeling at work, which gave the artists their own freedom.
