The entrance of the R&D Centre of Alfa Laval displays a mural by Ruby which covers an area of 200 sq ft. – Her first commercial project. Conveying the company’s motto, ‘One goal, One team’, the artwork showcases a steel bird carrying the logo of Alfa Laval to greater heights.
The mural’s distinctiveness lies in its execution which resonates the importance of collaboration through participation of the company’s workers in building the steel sections of the artwork under Ruby’s guidance. The mural incorporates hand impressions of 14 employees of Alfa Laval stressing on the importance of the workforce.
The King of Sweden and Mrs L F Poonawala along with other dignitaries inaugurated the mural.
